ABOUT ME
Hey!
I’m Noel Mayeske, founder of Mayeske Creative and a seasoned creative leader with deep experience bringing ideas to life. I drive brand allegiance and achieve strategic objectives through compelling marketing, communications and graphic design.
I’m a designer with a history of smart storytelling and visuals. A writer in love with the right word. A photographer capturing moments. A mentor catapulting careers through training, art direction, and constructive feedback.
Community commitments run deep. I helped create a K-8 public charter school (The Main Street Academy) with neighbors, creating branded fundraising assets that have generated more than $250,000. I ran a student mentoring program at an Atlanta school for 14 years that won awards and influenced lives.
Proud dad. Transit advocate. Vinyl music fan. Boundless optimist.
Understanding audiences, overcoming obstacles, creating compelling narratives to serve strategic goals - that's how I bring ideas to life. Let's go!

GRAPHIC DESIGN
I love to move audiences to action to achieve strategic goals. A demonstrated track record of creating compelling stories includes:
New Business Presentations | Events
Email | Web | Social Media
Print Collateral
Environmental Signage | Infographics
PHOTOGRAPHY
I create and optimize photos to engage audiences and galvanize a brand. I learned the craft using a Pentax K-1000, then switched to a Nikon, recently returning to my original brand when I bought a Pentax KP and some amazing lenses. Recent samples of my work:

Team
ART DIRECTION / BRAND STEWARDSHIP
I guide teams to create impactful deliverables. My art direction is informed by being a creator myself, with deep software experience. Synergy is the goal: bringing my ideas and experience to each project, while elevating a teammate’s work. I also act as brand steward, ensuring alignment.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Honoring and bringing out the talents of a diverse team is one of my core values, informing much of my community work. In marketing projects, I’m aware that a diverse team produces the best ideas - every time.
TRAINING
I’ve led software training classes for years, teaching Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator both virtually via Zoom and in person.
MENTORING
I help colleagues develop skills and advance their career. One former mentee I’d coached as a child later became a professional colleague alongside me at Cushman & Wakefield.
TALENT ACQUISITION
With an eye for talent, I have a long track record of finding great new team members, and have lots of experience interviewing and onboarding.
