I designed this pitch to visually highlight our plan to reposition the asset: attract millennials with amenities and create an “experience.” Created for a leasing team, it was a multi-media presentation, involving a web aerial tour of the area and a video.

What's Your Hook?
Rebranding plays a part in many of the new business efforts I’ve worked on. Here, we needed to reposition the asset to stand out and achieve its potential.

The Hook
Analyzing the asset from many angles, we brainstormed many ways to add value. My visuals helped present an array of ideas, from aesthetic to tactical.

The winning approach to pitches: think strategically how to elevate the client’s goals by addressing their priorities. My design delivered that in a clean style, giving the sales team a stage on which to deliver a well-rehearsed presentation.
